A Seat At The Table (and getting it)

This is a leadership development program for emerging women leaders who have had management responsibilities or who have been running their own businesses for approximately 5 years.

My colleague, Cindy Tortorici and I are THRILLED to launch this concept! When Cindy created A Seat at the Table and (USING It) she always intended to introduce a sister-program for emerging leaders. Our vision has been to create a community of women that speak the same language and support each other. Many of the alumni from the original program are EAGER to mentor the women of this program.

This program will assist these women in cultivating their vision, developing an influential voice and building a vast community so that they continue to lead with clarity and confidence and GET their Seat at the Table.

The intention for the participants of this 5 session program is to:
1) Inspire Action
2) Create Long Term Professional & Personal Sustainability
3) Work on Communicating with Connection & Efficacy
4) Build Resilience
5) Hone Their Leadership Style
6) Develop Their Own Broader Professional Learning Process

This program was designed and is co-facilitated by Cindy Tortorici, CEO and Founder of The Link and Katie Kelley, Leadership Coach and Consultant of Legacy Builder Coaching, LLC. It will take place over five full days on the second Thursday of each month starting in January and August 2012.

One Response to Seminars

  1. Thank you Christina. The biggest lesson I have learned since starting this business is to diversify my services and roll them into products. I have had more success than I ever expected by offering my own workshops and private coaching. Some clients really thrive from being in a group setting and some prefer the privacy and personalized attention of one to one coaching. Let me know when your book is available for purchase so I can spread the news! Katie Kelley
